Tornadoes

Not reading today - too worried about family and friends in Kentucky. Magoffin, Menifee, and Johnson Counties have many I hold dear. Yesterday's tornadoes have damaged all these places and taken lives in Menifee and Johnson. Thanks to my wonderful cousin, Marsha, I now know that my Mother in Magoffin County is safe and unharmed but without water and phone service. Please keep those who were harmed in all the country in your thoughts and prayers.

Pirate Week in the LBJ Library

A Pirate theme is evident here in the Johnson Elementary Library. Our Wimpy Kid has been transformed into the Wimpy Pirate.
